| RESERVATIONS |

taken on a first-come first-served basis |

Verbal reservations
will be taken over the telephone and held for one week. |

Reservations must be
confirmed in writing and include the correct deposit. |

If no confirmation is
received within a week of the verbal reservation, the time period will
reopen. |

The total amount of
rent must be received no later than two weeks before the rental period. |
|
Your deposit will be
refunded one week after you vacate the Lodge. |

|
Reservations may be
canceled in writing. The deposit will be
refunded if a replacement |
|
|
renter can be
obtained. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Minimum rental during
a holiday period is 1 week. |
